We're committed to selling high-quality products you'll enjoy using. But we appreciate that sometimes you might want to exchange or return something you've bought.

Our guarantee is based on something as simple as a handshake – the deal that you'll be satisfied with your purchase, and if you're not, we'll make it right. We guarantee that we'll hold up our end of the bargain. It's just how we do business. If your purchase isn't completely satisfactory, we're happy to accept your exchange or return at any time for items purchased directly from us. The customer is responsible for returning the product item (s) and pay all the associated shipping costs. lampetia.us is an authorized lighting dealer that stands behind delivering top-quality products, in excellent condition directly to the consumer with their complete satisfaction. If your shipment is not satisfactory, we will happily replace it or accept a return of the merchandise, within the guidelines below.


For the fastest service, simply place a new order online. We'll ship your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.


From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability create your Online Product Return.

On the Product Return Page, Click the button called "REQUEST A NEW PRODUCT RETURN".

Select an order to initiate a Product Returns. Returns or exchanges.
NOTE: After 30 days and items marked "FINAL", "SALE" or "AS IS" will NOT be accepted.

  • Lampetia will accept returns on defective or damaged merchandise however, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for returned merchandise deemed not defective. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Your product refund will be processed at the time of receipt of the return.  We require that product be returned to manufacture within 30 days of a return shipment call tag being issued.
  • In the event that there are errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, we reserve the right to restrict the return of those items. To access the return form in your  My Dashboard - Order summary.

  • If you do need to return a product, please note the following before starting the return process. Also feel free to call us at 1+603-921-2270. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

  • If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1+603-921-2270 or email us support@lampetia.us. We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been transmitted to our fulfillment centers.

How do I return merchandise?

We are happy to assist you with item returns or exchanges. Contact Customer Care Team for more information or access the return form in your account within the order summary. You may also download our return form to complete and return offline.


From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability to review recent orders and to Cancel your Orders.

  1. Custom Made Products and Built-To-Order items are not eligible for cancellation.
  2. Prior to placing an order please review the appropriate By Brand/Supplemental Product Terms & Conditions located on the bottom of every Product Page.
  3. Once you click the purchase confirmation button in the Shopping Cart, the product Fulfillment & Shipping process begins.
  4. Orders may be cancelled prior to Fulfillment or Shipping, some exceptions apply.
  5. If the order has already Shipped. Select your Order to initiate a "Product Return", from your My Account Dashboard. You have the ability select and submit a Product Return.
  6. After placing an Order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails, for the item specific cancellation terms.
  7. Cancellations are not executed until Lampetia.us confirms an order has not been Fulfillment or Shipped. Provided Lampetia.us confirms an order has been cancelled, credit will be issued to the original form of payment with in 30 Days.
  8. To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, in certain situations we may either require a receipt or decline a return or exchange.
  9. On rare occasions we may find it necessary to require a receipt for returns and exchanges based on the nature of prior transactions.


  1. From your My Account Dashboard you have the ability create your Product Exchanges. On the Product Return Page, Click the button called REQUEST A NEW PRODUCT RETURN.
  2. Acquire Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Instructions. To begin the return or exchange process, Please log into you account. Once your request has been received, we will e-mail or call you with return or exchange instructions.
  3. Customer is responsible for returning items - typically through Fed Ex or UPS. After you call us, we will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to be placed on the boxes. And, we will provide you a shipping addess.
  4. Do not send to Lampetia.us. After you have shipped the boxes to the manufacture indicated in the RGA sent to you, please e-mail us a copy of one of the tracking numbers. This will help us expedite your refund.


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, just contact us within 15 days of the delivery date using our Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Refunds will be for the merchandise amount less the manufacturer's restocking fee and shipping charges. Returns or exchanges after 15 days and items marked FINAL SALE or AS IS will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for 100% of all ACTUAL shipping charges (i.e. delivery & return), regardless of what the customer initially paid or didn't pay (i.e. free shipping) to have the item(s) delivered. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.).

- Customer is responsible for paying all freight (original and return)
- Must be received back in perfect condition—any damage will result in less of a credit

Damages/ Defects

- Must contact claims department within 5 days of  receiving merchandise withphotos and detailed description of damage/ defects
- If damaged by freight carrier, customer is responsible for contacting freightcarrier to file a claim. We will be happy to assist if needed.
- If item has a defect and a local repair is an option, the local repair quote must be approved in writing before local repair can begin
- If item needs to be returned, a Return Authorization will be sent to the customer with instructions
- Item must be returned with no additional damage; ** please pack appropriately. Any additional damage may result in less of a credit
- If replacement is sent, the customer is responsible for paying the original invoice and freight. Wildwood/ Jonathan Charles/ Chelsea House will be responsible for
the replacement freight charges to the original shipping address. You have 30days to return the merchandise once the return authorization has been issued.


Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund will be issued.

Paypal Returns

Merchandise paid for with PayPal will be refunded back to PayPal.

When will I be refunded?

  1. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return for a full refund to the original payment within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 7-14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Important Information about Returns:

  1. Please return merchandise in the original box and with all tickets attached. If you do not have the original packaging, please package merchandise securely to avoid damage.
  2. You must provide a copy of your packing slip within your package to ensure you get properly credited for your return. If you don’t have one, please contact us for one.
  3. Credits are issued back to the original form of payment only.
  4. If you paid by check, you will receive your credit in the form of a bank check which will take approximately 6-8 weeks.
  5. Shipping charges on shipping are not refundable.
  6. If you use one of the pre-paid labels we provide, $7.50 will be deducted from your return.
  7. Lampetia returns MUST be requested directly through your Lampetia account to ensure you do not get charged for return processing.
  8. International returns must be pre-authorized prior to returning. Please contact us for a pre-authorization approval and instructions for returning.

How to Return Your Item

  • Properly mark your packing slip with the item being returned and the reason for your return. Your packing slip is the receipt that was included in your original shipment. Please contact us if you need a copy of your packing slip.
  • Pack and seal your return securely, in the original carton and packaging, and include the packing slip. If you do not have original packaging, please package merchandise securely to avoid damage.
  • You have 3 options for shipping your item back to us:
  1. Mail your return using the pre-paid shipping label located in your package. If you use this label, we will deduct $7.50 from your order refund for return postage.
  2. Generate a pre-paid shipping label by clicking here. If you use this label, we will deduct $7.50 from your order refund for return postage
  3. Pick your own shipping method. We suggest that you send your return via Priority Mail and request a delivery confirmation tracking number. This will ensure that you will receive confirmation when the package is delivered to the manufacture. You will also have a means of tracking your package should it become lost in the mail. Please use our instructions.

If you use a pre-paid label that we provide, please be sure to retain the tracking number in the event the package is lost. When the package is ready to be mailed back to us, you can take the package to your nearest U.S.Postal Service drop-off location.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returns are in the form of original payment. Please refer to the reference chart below for information on credits. When the item is received at our manufactures warehouse it takes approximately 5-7 days to be processed.


Returning Items Delivered by Freight

If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please Contact Us at. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packaging material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

Returns via Freight

Return process is similar. Customer is responsible for return and return shipping cost. In addition, a 10% shipping fee is deducted from refund on purchase price of the item.
